SCOTUS did not dismiss charges against Trump. SCOTUS remanded charges to lower courts - ie. they can proceed, if justified by careful analysis. Some would be thrown out, some would proceed. But top Dems (Inner Party) have figured out, their entire Lawfare strategy against Trump is disastrous, for Dems. They need fast exit. Top Dem (Inner Party) strategy is: blame SCOTUS. Distort & misrepresent what SCOTUS said. "They threw out USA constitution!
