In November 2023, Willie, of Nashville, Ill., was indicted after stating during a video livestream that he would r—pe Christian girls in a violent rant against Republicans. Willie also celebrated the Nashville, Tenn. school trans shooter and threatened to follow up on a similar action against transphobes. He threatened to bomb churches. Willie was originally indicted on 14 felony counts of using an interstate communication of a threat to injure but was given a sweetheart plea deal where he was only convicted of one count.
