SCOTUS did not dismiss charges against Trump. SCOTUS remanded charges to lower courts - ie. they can proceed, if justified by careful analysis. Some would be thrown out, some would proceed. But top Dems (Inner Party) have figured out, their entire Lawfare strategy against Trump is disastrous, for Dems. They need fast exit. Top Dem (Inner Party) strategy is: blame SCOTUS. Distort & misrepresent what SCOTUS said. "They threw out USA constitution! Trump can order Seal Team 6 to kill you!" hoax By this new hoax, top Dems (Inner Party) whip up ordinary Dems (Outer Party, Two Minutes' Hate) & raise funds..... .....rather than allow ordinary Dems to see how stupid Dem lawfare was, all along.
