@sutieday: @raphjd: @sutieday: Only if they leak his tax returns! So sad. How far left do you require your "news" source be to know that Rachel Maddow had Trump's tax return months ago.   It was leaked, by Trump himself. Fucking catch up. It was not a recent Tax filling that was leaked. And it was assumed that Trump did it, but no evidence of such. I love this.. Sutieday says  "It was assumed that Trump did it, but no evidence"  !!!!!  What else is new?  That is the modus operandi of the moonbats.  assumed with no evidence…

Here you go again.  You keep talking about two different sets of statistics –- rates and incidence. Let's look at rates.  You say that blacks have the highest teenage pregnancy rates, inferring that they have the highest teenage sexual activity rates.  However, the confounding factor in that assumption is contraception rates.  Then you try to draw a line between that and white arrests for statutory rape.  But to make a comparison you would have to look at the rate of arrests in each group, i.e. number of arrests per 100,000 population. So to make a true comparison, you need to look at the number of arrests per sexually active teen in each each racial group, or the rates of arrests in each group compared to the sexual activity rate (or even pregnancy rate, which is inexact) of each group. As far as I can tell your argument is blacks have double the teenage pregnancy rate than whites , yet 77% of those arrested for statutory rape are white, therefore there is a racial bias in prosecuting whites for this crime.  Can you see the fallacy in that?

@sutieday: I agree with Jones, Republicans don't have the balls to impeach Trump, even if he breaks the law. Should anyone be surprised?! You have a blind hatred for anyone to the right of Stalin and Mouldylocks.

Please don't tell me liberals haven't done similar things. Despite being a known nutter, none of Jo Cox's family, friends and followers said the killer should be sent to a mental hospital where he clearly belongs. Tony Blair and Gordon Brown did absolutely nothing to help the mental health care system in the UK.  It was the Tories who started spending money on mental health, beyond institutions to warehouse them.

@Frederick: Whoopsie!  I made a misake!!!  That is extremely rare. HOWEVER… there is a contradiction here.. if the premiums are lower.. then more people can afford insurance if they want it.  So, why don't YOU explain why more people would be uninsured if the insurance premiums are lower? I will explain it.  I have spent my entire career working in health insurance. If you don't have a mandate then healthy people won't buy it.  People will just go without health insurance and then use the ER when they get sick and never pay the bill.  Those costs are going to get shifted to tax payers instead.  The cost of uncompensated care to hospitals was enormous in Massachusetts and was the primary reason for RomneyCare.  Romney went around for months bashing the "freeloaders" who used the system but never paid anything into it.  RomneyCare and ObamaCare ensured that everybody paid something even if it was just a fine. The Republican plan will make health insurance optional but if you have a lapse in coverage you will pay a higher premium when you do sign up.  This means that many people who get sick and are most vulnerable won't be able to afford it. This is actually not a new idea.  Medicare works this way.  You can refuse Medicare Part B when you turn 65.  If you sign up later you pay a penalty every month via a much higher premium that is based on how long it has been since you turned 65.  Some people do this and they ALWAYS regret it.  They are usually stuck paying this high premium when their income becomes fixed because they are no longer working and when their health starts to decline due to age.  There is one key difference though.  Most people do enroll in Part B when they turn age 65 but that premium is deducted automatically from their Social Security check.  The person never has to make a choice between buying groceries (or an iPhone) and paying for their health insurance.  It also works this way for Medicare Part A for certain legal immigrants.

@aadam101: @mhorndisk: Seriously, he had 30,000 people on average at his rallies, Clinton could barely get 3,000 without having Beyoncé open for her, because most of them left after the concert. It was in no way improbable that he won. It was SO obvious, that you clearly do not have a grasp on REALITY. As far as struggled, that's a matter of perception as well. He has kicked major ass and honestly you are being delusional. Are you really going to waste your time trying to convince us that he's weak or something? Do you REALLY think that's going to have any effect, whatsoever? Again, you are living in a dream world, far away from REALITY. You're just not even close to an accurate perspective of things and you're trying to manipulate ours. Yeah and he also had millions of people at his inauguration!  Do you really believe the things that you say?  Clinton got 3 million more votes. Not that the popular votes, which included an estimated 6 million votes from people who had no business voting, mean anything… or that Trump knew he could not win the states of New York and California so he intentionally didn't waste time or money campaigning there.  There is also the issue at the inauguration.. it was RAINING!  Don't you remember Dubbya Bush putting on his rain poncho?  Also, for the first time ever, Trump was smart enough and considerate enough to provide areas of cover for the people attending so they would not get rained on.  For that reason a lot of them went under those enclosures - leaving bare spots of open grass.  Then there is the issue that the inauguration was held in Washington DC.. which is populated by an almost entirely Moonbat community.  Hillary got 91% of the votes of Washington DC.. Trump got just 4%.. and you wonder why there might not be a lot of Trump supporters in Washinton DC? Washington DC (like other capitol cities) is like a steaming pile of Pelosi, where all the people wanting free handouts, government giveaways, etc. go to live.  They figure they can get their welfare checks faster if they go to the belly of the beast. https://www.nytimes.com/elections/results/district-of-columbia

I fully support legalizing some drugs. This would prevent criminals from adding shit into it to "cut" it.    Then tax the fuck out of it. Pot was only made illegal as part of the ban on hemp to protect the cotton industry.

@jazuko: obamacare was going to fail eventually anyways since it just wasnt sustainable. either way we need to find something else that works. Obamacare is failing because the Trump administration is sabotaging it by withdrawing marketplace subsidies and more importantly injecting uncertainty in the market.  Insurers hate uncertainty and pull out.

@jazuko: @pppucci: Trump needs a foil and enjoys portraying himself as a victim.  The more time we spend talking about Russia, the less time we will pay attention to how little he has been able to accomplish.  Outside of the nomination of Neil Gorsuch, his only accomplishments have been the abandonment of TTP and withdrawing from the Paris accords.  Even his travel ban was delayed 5 months and the Supreme Court only allowed it to be partially enforced.  That is why, whenever the story simmers down. he stirs up the pot with a tweet. pointing out that youre being accused of something with no proof by people that would be happy with your death doesnt make you a victim. perhaps if people spent less time with their tin foil hat conspiracies they could talk more about his accomplishments. i dont recall previous presidents being talked about or regarded in such a way that many would happily wish them death. Trump is smart enough not to put himself in a position for another crazy liberal to assassinate him especially when republicans just got attacked. You guys are tone-deaf.  It was Trump who said no president was treated worse.  We are just pointing out how ridiculous that is compared to the presidents who were assassinated.  No one is wishing that on him. And I guess you think  FBI agents line their hats with foil.  Trump, by trash-talking all the time prompts a lot of his enemies to respond in kind.

@raphjd: The left;  Obama knew about and allowed Russia to mess with US elections, but so what, let's blame Trump. What could have Obama have done that wouldn't have gotten him slammed by Trump and the right?  Any action he took would have been seen as interference with the election.

@jazuko: Did Warmbier beat someone up and show himself as a violent thug before stealing that flag and then attempting to assault a cop like Michael brown? you guys still acting like the only difference between these two guys and their situations was skin color? ::) They're still acting like this, because SJWs are by far the most racist group of people in American society today – both against white people for being unable to empathize and blacks/minorities for the soft racism of low expectations. This thread being a clear and blatant example of that ugly racism. Disgusting. Warmbier was white, Brown was black. To white people, Otto Warmbier became a symbol of those who suffer under the weight of evil, despotic, dictatorial regimes, as well as an emblem of destroyed innocence that should have never suffered such pain in a situation which was ultimately not his fault. To white people, Michael Brown became a symbol of society out of control, of a parisitic class of criminally-minded individuals with no respect for authority and who deserve all the misery of the world as punishment for situations usually of their own fault. OBVIOUSLY, these are not all the differences as already pointed out multiple times.  Putting effort into making a post with cutesy graphics doesn't change your faulty assumptions.

@mhorndisk: The one problem with your statement is that you insinuate that conservatives are claiming someone's race shouldn't exist. I can't tell you how many recent articles I've read about that kind of speech coming from liberals. Just look for them. "No whites allowed: Blacks-only HS assembly outrages white parents, so how did principal defend it?" http://www.bizpacreview.com/2015/03/08/no-whites-allowed-blacks-only-hs-assembly-outrages-white-parents-so-how-did-principal-defend-it-185199 No Whites Allowed: Seattle ‘Yoga Class for People of Color’ Excludes Caucasians https://www.infowars.com/no-whites-allowed-seattle-yoga-class-for-people-of-color-excludes-caucasians/ I could go on but there are literally hundreds of examples of whitey must die, whitey is responsible for everything, whitey is this, whitey is that, we need to eliminate whitey. It just goes on and on and on and on and on. Nothing like that ever comes from conservatives and if you just don't see it or get it, I don't have time to show you what you just don't want to see. It's like trying to tell someone that cigarettes are bad for you. It doesn't matter. What the hell are you talking about? I mentioned "someone" as in someone individually, not a conservative. You do realize my argument could mean ANYONE, right? It could also apply to black people who claim they don't want whites to exist, or Asians who say they don't want anyone other than Asian's to exist. I'm talking about white supremacists like Richard Spencer. I'm talking about black supremacists like Louis Farrakhan. Where did I say conservatives make the argument that a race shouldn't exist? This is why I'm calling for more civility, these wild accusations without proof are getting way out of hand. You completely misconstrued my point and I believe you did it on purpose.

@jazuko: Liberals will call any white person whos proud of their heritage/ lacking white guilt a white supremacist. many things non-white people do that white people will do is considered "supremacist" when white people do it but ok and encouraged if youre not white. ive seen articles telling white gay guys their racist supremacists just for dating other white guys. There are laws which make punishments extremely severe if a crime is designated as a "hate crime".  This often happens when the crime involves the use of racially charged words.  Seems to me that calling someone a "white supremacist" when they are not should be put under the category of a hate crime.  I remember about 5 years ago, someone I was arguing with on the telephone kept calling me a "cracker".  I had NEVER been called that before.  She got angrier by the second because I acted as if I had no idea what "cracker" meant.    "Why are you calling me a cracker?"  "Oh, because I'm white?"  "Well, then you can call me cracker all you like!"

There were almost twice as many terrorist incidents by right-wing extremists as by Islamist extremists in the U.S. from 2008 to 2016, according to a new report from The Nation Institute’s Investigative Fund and The Center for Investigative Reporting’s Reveal." Well, you are correct to a degree, however, it temporarily reversed the decision by the lower courts and showed that their rulings didn't hold water. If there were any actual merit to their lower rulings, it wouldn't have been a question. The fact that it's being temporarily and partially over ruled is a big win because not even one of the SCOTUS has agreed that it's as cut and dry as the liberals have tried to make it out to be. It certainly isn't unconstitutional, because if it were, it would be pretty clear, as the Constitution is clear.

As I have pointed out before, county data is irrelevant.  Trump's electoral vote win was effected by slim margins in several swing states, which granted was a difficult task and not to be diminished, but to maintain he had an overwhelming mandate just simply is not true.
