@bi4smooth In the UK, if you don't qualify for disability welfare, you are not deemed to be disabled. There can be some overlap, like say for flu shots where disabled and "at risk" people get the shots for free. Being "at risk" means you have a serious health condition, but it does not mean you are disabled because of it. BTW, I now self identify as a triple amputee, with a gamy leg.
