@geobear40 Gay rights, civil rights for black people, women's rights, mass consumerism, the decline or religion, are a natural outcome of Liberalism and the beliefs the Founding Father's and later Western European democracies adopted. The right seeing progressives as communists, or the left seeing the right as fascists, kind of misses the mark, and is more a sign of increased polarization, and economic disparities.
