    I have my "assistant" turned off.  I never use it anyway. As we saw recently when Google testified before Congress, even when you turn off Geo-Tracking, you still get geo-tracked. All of my smart devices has voice command turned off.

    Houseplants are good.  They clean the air and help you relax. Reduce clutter to reduce "eye noise", which causes mental stress. It also creates a sense of space which helps increase happiness.

    In the UK, they are called "black-out" curtains.    They are sold everywhere that sells curtains. Make sure they extend 2 inches or 5cm past the window frame, so they can do their best.

    @dknasty: Every time you get rid of them, their eggs hatch and you have to do it all over again In the military barracks they use require you to shave completely for a long period of time (even if you completed the treatment) in this cases, and when I say completely I mean completely.

(rules?)(cannot do/will not do?) *Make him wear a butt plug with a feather duster on the opposite side. He has to dust fragile figurines using the feather duster part. if he breaks something punish him. **Treat him like a foot stool? chair? while completely naked ***put him in a gimp suit. make him do yard work in it.
