I don't know my way around the forums very well and didn't want to bother the HelpDesk. So I think this thread is related enough that I can post here- I just wanted to say thanks to whoever added the Home Made category which is very helpful to me. It can be frustrating when amateur covers the broader category of amateur studio and one has to sift through all the studio stuff to find real amateur/home-made. I visit a flash site from time to time that makes it frustrating because they must have literally thousands of webcam twinks doing solos, so much that it overwhelms the amateur category. I suppose thats how these niches form; when a sub theme becomes so frequent, it can branch off to its own theme. For example, there is voyeur, which could often be considered home-made, but is common enough to have its own niche that is more easily searched. I already see some studio stuff in the home-made category, just a very little. I guess I am worried about it being overwhelmed with webcam solos also someday. They are so very common. But anyways, I just wanted to thank someone for the new Home Made category. It makes it easier for me and I am grateful. Thank you.

If you are from the USA, you might want something better like a VPN. I'm from Australia. The only time I received a notice was the one time I forgot to having Peer Block running for a few hours. I also try to use file lockers whenever I can as those does not get tracks.

Yes. A torrent needs to be announced as completed 100% (of all files) by the torrent client and that announcement registered by the tracker to be recorded as "snatched" in the data base. Only those completely downloaded files torrents can be vote for.

Staff don't get reports of comments left on torrents, unless we left a comment ourselves. So use the report button to let us know about PROBLEMS (real, actual) with the torrents. Please, for the love of god, don't use the report button to leave a comment.  "WOW, this is hot!!!" does not belong as a report.

The sad reality to the internet is that once something is out there on the internet, good luck getting it back off the internet. I do understand your frustrations with respect to only wanting to share content here. The only problem is that ultimately, we cannot control what our users do.

I enjoyed using the picture browser occassionally in the past, and I thought it used my saved categories as defaults.  This one appears to start off with all categories enabled. I would like it if it started off with just my saved categories, becuase now the first thing I have to do is expand the categories list, and then select my categories!  Other than that, it is still something I will continue to use to explore. This is largely due to a combination of two different factors: Some of our uploaders (such as myself), do not have a very fast upload speed, while some of the leechers have an amazing upload speed. In the case of uploaders such as myself who don't have a decent upload speed, it is only possible for me to upload any of the parts of the file to any given user at a slow rate (usually about 45KB/s). When there are one (or more) leechers who can crank out speeds of say 1MB/s and there are several leechers, eventually those leechers with the quick upload speeds will help get other users caught up to where they are in the process as the torrent traffic tends to favour the fastest connection, generally preferring active and connectable nodes, often ignoring the passive ones that use follow-back packets. In light of the last portion of #1, there are a large number of users who are running behind a NAT, which is most often found built right into their broadband modem to masquerade a /24 subnet (say 192.168.1.0/24) issued to each computer connected to the modem's built in router behind a single IP address visible from the internet. This is not necessarily a problem though, if the NAT is configured correctly. In my case, my torrent program listens for incoming connections on port 22791. When my computer announces to the internet through the NAT, it can get an outbound connection no problem to announce that it's listening on port 22791. If you do not program the NAT in the router to forward inbound connections from the WAN (Internet) on TCP & UDP 22791 through to my laptop in some way, the NAT will drop them by default because it does not know where to route them to, since it does not use these ports itself for anything. The result is that you end up becoming a passive node. More often than not, passive nodes are unable to upload if they have SPI/Firewall protection enabled on their router and have not properly confiugred the port forwarding in the NAT. Some connectivity will be lost to discovering the passive nodes and sniffing out active ones to take preference over.

When I've looked to your history, there is one torrent you've completed to download which has a leecher, but no seeder. That is a good torrent to start re-seeding. Even with download rights suspended you can get the following .torrent files: own uploaded torrents (to allow uploading own new torrents and reseeding) all files completed download torrents (to allow reseeding) freeleech torrents (to download one at a time, then continue to seed) I'm as well quite sure that if you write the Helpdesk that you want to reseed the dead torrent x, you'll get download rights for a short period to be able to catch the .torrent file.

I think GayTorrent.ru has less uploads of HD content sharing torrents compared to the other English language gay torrent sites. Certainly there are more uploads of older content sharing torrents, which often isn't available in HD, simply because it was produced in SD. What GayTorrent.ru is missing is a simple way for uploaders to mark a torrent being LD (Low Definition), SD (Standard Definition), HD (High Definition) and UHD (Ultra High definition) and a well visible indication of that in the listings and on the presentation pages. There are many HD content sharing torrents on GayTorrent.ru were it isn't indicated at all in the title or description. Indicating the definition is done better on Gay-Torrents.org …
