Hi Mates, Does someone in Here use Remote Torrent Adder with google Chrome? It's a wonderful addon , which makes U easily download torrent files, it asks U what Label and what directory you want to assign the fileyou want to download and transmits to seedbox , by only one click. It works perfect on another Torrent site on which I download "regular" films, but here I can't get it to work: the link catching seems to recognise the torrents andwants to add them to my seedbox, but the seedbox sends an error message back: it can't decrypt the infos. do You have some further infos about Remote torrent Adder?

@FurryWolfPup: This worries me, I keep about 300GB of porn on my paid One Drive  for easy access when out and about  A lot of you guys have been living in a plastic bubble. Unfortunately. I'm not even sure if I would put porn on a USB drive.  You really have to think before you do this stuff. That really should be enjoyed in the privacy of your home. -AOS

@gayuser1234: @MrMazda: There are a few things I would recommend for your situation. I strongly recommend that you get a VPN service such as PrivateVPN. This will not only keep your identity away from copyright trolls, but it will also add a layer of protection to connections coming from your computer, to such a point where even your ISP cannot see what you are doing online. Because of this, you can bypass the throttling mechanisms that your particular ISP puts into place. Most importantly, it will help you avoid getting notices from copyright trolls, which can become rather costly. I was just passing through the forums, but this is something I've been wondering for a while now, so I figured I'd ask: Ever since I created my account here, I was under the impression (at least from the rules) that I absolutely should not use a VPN to browse the website, as doing so would make it appear as though I'm sharing my account (due to VPNs recycling IP addresses), which would be grounds for an immediate ban. I still use a VPN for the actual torrenting side of things, though, and that's been perfectly fine for me. But sometimes I might still have a tab for this site open as I connect my VPN, which is enough to give me a mini heart attack as I frantically close the tab, in fear that my browser will send the site a request from the VPN's shared IP address. So am I right about that? I'm not sure how strict the IP rule is, or if the moderation team has made some extra considerations for VPNs after I joined that I may not have heard of. Yeah, I can see the confusion, especially if you're brand new to torrent community. The problem isn't the VPN (per say); the real issue are people using mechanisms to trip the ratio system, allowing them to download an infinite amount of files while having I high ratio. This is not the typical behavior of a VPN, so don't worry about it. On really old & unsofisticated tracking systems, we had to tell the owners when we had VPNs as they only were designed for one IP at a time. Now things have changed. So long as you're logged in before you download, you're IPs will be associated. -AOS

@pols1337: I haven't tested this, but many search engines have an 'exclude' function: -chaterbute You'll need verification from a staff member to see if the GTRU search engine can process this query For advanced search functions, just use Google and specify site:gaytor.rent as a search term. https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/2466433?hl=en Example: https://www.google.com/search?q=solo+latin+-chaturbate+site%3Agaytor.rent

@fletch18: I'm using UTorrent to seed my torrents and one of them has a red arrow, which I've not seen before. Any ideas on what the problem is (if, indeed, there is one)? Thanks I have to point out the hilarious coincidence of a poster with the screen name "fletch18" asking a question about an arrow!

@afootytop: One other question if I may. My torrent client, uTorrentPro 3.5.5, shows one torrent has an upload to download ration of 3.101 which on a file of 2.23GB gives just over 6.5GB uploaded. My profile stats for the same torrent says 30.84MB upload. I understand that there can be a discrepancy between client and tracker, but a missing 6GB seems a trifle excessive. This has been the case for almost one week at time of posting (6 days, 14 hours). What can I do to rectify this please? FWIW, most torrent clients show the total stats since the torrent was added to the torrent client. The stats you see on the site on the other hand will only show the total stats for the active session. If for some reason you stop the torrent, then restart it, close your torrent client, reboot your computer, etc. these stats will reset back to zero once you start seeding the torrent again. As well, there's the fact that your torrent client only updates with the tracker once every 30 minutes per torrent. Stopping the torrent at any point can cause any data since the last tracker update to be lost.

I used to have all my precious porn on an external WD 4TB.  One day shit happened with my PC starting up and shit so I unplugged the External USB 3.0.  Restarted and plugged my WD 4TB back in.  To my horror, the drive wasn't even recognized. I was an emotional wreck, at the time I did not know I could use a program  to simply restore the drive, as the idiot I was at the time, I located the disc and reformatted it back to NTFS.  Then I found a program that will pull all the data that was lost. The only thing is it pulls only files, not folders, and it also has it's own renaming system.  With 3TB of porn, I'm left to watch the clips and intro's and hope to remember the names/studios or be lucky enough that they show credits in the beginning.    Sorry about the long story, I swear it's noT cloudy here at the momenT. Anyone who has spent blood sweat and tears like I did and cherishes their collection should go with a RAID system.  Preferrably NAS or whatever is capable to act as your personal network. I hope anyone with issues or problems such as this get's their files back.  If you have any questions or need help in this shituation shoot me a load… JK   Send me a message and i'll do my best to ATTEMPT to assist.  This looooooong techy message looks like i've been chillin with my Tina Turner barbie doll but I swear I haven't.  LOL :police:

That skewage we already have with "times snatched" unless i'm missing something. @TProphet: The results are likely to be skewed by freeleech torrents so torrents that are/have been in this category will need to be excluded. @erikiwi: I think it'd be interesting to see torrents filtered and sorted on most popular, for the last day/week/month/year, both in a chosen specific category and for all categories. times snatched is an indication but i think with "popular" you can find more of NEW HOT gay porn
  • Uploading HD, SD Collection Torrents - Best Practices ?

@ssd: 1. Upload both versions packaged as a complete HD and SD set. 1 torrent. Example: https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=09684cc0224d17696d373638dd080287d52aa93e5f20bf94 Pros: users can pick and choose which files they wish to download, HD or SD versions, or everything. And everything is in a neat package. Question: if users don't download the entire torrent, will they be seen by the tracker / client as Leechers and therefore have their uploading bandwidth curtailed - i.e. locked into poor upload speeds for choosing only specific files to download ? Does the tracker / client discriminate between users with full set of files versus partial sets ? I'm a user and posted about this problem a few months ago: https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=62263 The tracker sees you as a leecher if you download and then seed only some of the files in a multi-file torrent.  My preference is for smaller torrents so that I am more likely to download the whole thing so I will be seen a seeder and not as an eternal leecher.  This is one of my pet peeves with torrenting but apparently it is just the way it works and has nothing to do with gaytor.rent in particular.  Eventually, I have to stop seeding it temporarily or permanently.  Right now, I am supposedly downloading ten torrents.  Two have no seeders and I'm just hoping one will appear but eight are collections that I've partially downloaded and I'm actually partially seeding them rather than actively leeching.  They still count against the limit of the total number of torrents that I can download simultaneously. It is unlikely that one downloader will want more than one file out of a selection of different quality versions of the same video.  Best practice from my viewpoint would be for those to be separate torrents.  I prefer higher quality torrents and before I download a file, I always search to see what other sizes may be available on the site so I can choose the torrent with the highest quality.  You could also put in your description of each file information about the other related files. The few times I have downloaded a file from a multi-file torrent of the same video of varying quality, I stopped seeding after a week or two and deleted the torrent to keep the one file that I wanted.  I would have preferred to keep seeding indefinitely but don't want to that torrent to count as downloading indefinitely. As far as collections of videos, a 5 GB collection of five 1 GB videos is reasonable, especially if they are a very closely-related collection such as the same two actors filmed in a sequence of videos on the same day.  If the collection is one actor paired with other actors in various scenes in different locations on different days, it is slightly less likely that someone would want all five videos.  If it is various scenes of various actors from a single studio or a complete site rip as a theme, it is even less likely that someone will want all of the videos.  Also, the more videos in a torrent, regardless of how closely related they are by theme, the less likely it is that someone will want them all. A side effect of downloading only some of the files in a multi-file torrent is that the BitTorrent client will download small amounts of adjacent files on the list and then reserve space for those entire files on my hard drive even though I'm not actually downloading them at all.  My drives are usually close to full, so that is irritating.  I don't want a 1 GB file to use up 2 GB on my drive because space is reserved for adjacent files on the list of files in the torrent.  The only way to take care of that is to stop seeding and delete the torrent, move the complete file that I downloaded and want, and delete the partial files that were adjacent. I don't think that BitTorrent clients discriminate against peers with partial files.  Some more advanced ones even take into account which downloading peers have which parts to be more efficient.  Speed shouldn't be affected.  (Someone with more knowledge please correct me on this if I'm wrong.) This may be controversial, so you might want to check with a moderator, but if you upload a multi-file torrent, it is likely that someone desperate to improve their ratio will come along and break it up into individual torrents and then upload all of them separately.  Someone might also only want one of the files and then decide to make and upload a torrent of it.  So, you might want to go ahead and do it yourself if you are uploading a multi-file torrent.  I don't know if there is a formal rule or even an informal etiquette rule prohibiting that, so again, you might want to run it past a moderator.

@lololulu19: It would be much more useful if that photos were shown FULL SCREEN when hovering over them. If you CLICK on the camera icon, it goes immediately into a slide show of the full-size photos.  Then when you close the slide show, it goes back to the browse page rather than the torrent page.
