@samoht05 I don't disagree with you.. but instead point out a couple of things. The real definition of incest is intercourse between a male and female who are a direct family member - which have the potential for producing a genetic birth defect. But, that definition gets applied quite broadly to the extent of forbidding even the suggestion that someone is related even though they are not, and even gets applied to cartoons. There is sexual slavery which is horrible - and is the root definition of sexual trafficking, but then that term gets applied very broadly, to include anybody showing any type of affection and being photographed or filmed doing it. Ironically, there are celebrities and "royals" who have photos taken of their own children, sometimes photoshopped, and they SELL them to magazines for huge amounts of money! They should not be allowed to exploit their own children nor any children - especially for financial gain. Here's one more example.. they make a law forbidding fellatio. Well.. the intent of that law is to prevent people from sucking a dick in public in view of other people. However, that law gets perverted into extending to people performing fellatio, in their own homes, with the doors locked. There was a famous case in Texas in which police broke into a home supposedly looking for drugs. They did not find any drugs, but they found the homeowner engaged in fellatio. They arrested them for that!

However, if you already HAVE a file, and you just happen so see it uploaded again, only BIGGER... well, I'm afraid it has to be "Let the buyer beware"... There is no reasonable way to expect the Staff (or the server) to be able to detect that!

But that said, also look throughout the settings in your client - sometimes there are multiple ways to throttle upload speeds (including limiting the number of connections) that all have to be removed to enjoy FULL upload capabilities!

@eobox91103 I see your point. However, I'd argue that when you consenting adults agree to send each other nudes, it's with the assumption that it's just between the two. The same way that when I consent to having sex with someone in real life, I'm not inviting others into it. Also, given teenager's naivete, that is why rules and laws regarding teens and young adults exist (for e.g. drinking laws, statutory rape, coercion). They are malleable but also easy exploited. If we blame their naivete, that's treading very close waters into victim blaming. But overall, I get your sentiment. Ultimately, I just don't want liabilities on the site and users. Remember, if you download these out of curiosity, then delete them straight away, the history is always there. You're immediately culpable, forever.

I wish there were separate categories for FTM and shemales. They#re not the same! I like FTM but get such a turn off seeing a shemale. and I've begged many times if we could get separate categories but sadly nothing is being done about it.

If you get a torrent with a lot of files in it and you only get some, it won't be "snatched". You need to download everything in the torrent to 100% for it to be "snatched".

@davis94 same thing happened to me.. I uploaded a movie after a few hours a "dead" torrent suddenly "came alive" and the system urges me to keep on seeding the "duplicate".
