@raphjd: Obviously, we want the absolute best quality we can get.   That doesn't mean people should be unrealistic about their expectations. If you are talking about the site itself, I have heard good things about them.  I can't comment from personal experience though. As for the "stars" they get all manner of comments from fans wanting things or just complaining.  Some I'm guessing are just doing it for cash and don't care about the rest.
