The 15GB torrent has a 2 ratio, so it's double the bandwidth, meanwhile the 1,5GB torrent has a 44 ratio. That totals to nearly 95GB of uploaded data. If the uploaded quota didn't register, neither should the downloaded. If you downloaded both torrents directly from their pages using the download button, then you will have to gather all this information that we are discussing and create a helpdesk support ticket to try and have it fixed. More likely you have used torrent files with a tracker belonging to someone else's account, meaning all the downloaded/uploaded quota were deducted/added to another member.

The way I am seeing things is that you should seed not for the ratio but for the community spirit and to keep the site alive in time where access to torrents get more and more restricted.

Hello, as far as I have found out of experience no, the uploader is not priorised. I have bad connection and am seeding my torrents only until someone else downloads it than I upload peanuts. Not fair but that's how it is...

also make sure your torrents are actually seeding, and not queued. many clients default to only having a certain number of active torrents at once, which is not ideal. disable torrent queues and seeding limits. because what you want is to have good chance that you're actually seeding something someone wants. easy way to check this is to see how many torrents you think you're seeding on the client, and check on the top of the gtru page to see how many torrents the tracker thinks you're seeding.
