I'm afraid once again this depicts a legal system that is no way in step with our evolution. The legal system is always behind society. It took decades for videoing through someone's window to be criminalized, like taking photos.  The digital took decades to become illegal.

I'm sure it also helps him in the marketing of his new LGBT movie…

I watched a couple hours on YouTube so I could fast-forward through the breaks and such. I have to say that several of the politicians on both sides licked Zuckerberg's balls and threw him softball questions/comments. Zuckerberg lied about Diamond & Silk.  Assuming that nothing changed since last night when I went to bed, they still haven't heard from Facebook about being banned from the site. Of course, Zuckerberg only agreed to go in front of Congress if it was NOT under oath. He also didn't answer in open session any questions he didn't like.  He said he would reply later in writing.
