While the original post is from 2017, perhaps we will reach other cat owners with allergies, so… Last week I was shopping for pet supplies online (chewy), and came across a new dry food called Purina ProPlan LiveClear, which "significantly reduces allergens in cat hair and dander." I bought a 7-lb bag and they love the taste.  It's not cheap, but if it works, possibly worth it.  If interested, go to the Purina website for details on how long it takes to work, etc. Save the kitties!

@flozen Agreed. We use our microwave all the time to heat up leftovers and soup.

@raphjd: For drinking straight on ice, then it has to be Irish whiskey. Now that we're in the depths of winter, give me the brown liquors, both whiskey AND bourbon.  Plus, on the coldest nights, a glass of port. Back to "drinking straight" – and there's a joke in there somewhere -- yes, Irish whiskey is a fine thing, in a large tumbler to complement my admirably large hands.     Crystal, if at all possible, and Waterford never hurt anyone.
