Update - I figured out what Dems are up to. SCOTUS said, charges against President Trump can PROCEED...... .....subject to careful analysis of what parts of his conduct were official vs. unofficial. SCOTUS did not dismiss charges against Trump. SCOTUS remanded charges to lower courts - ie. they can proceed, if justified by careful analysis. Some would be thrown out, some would proceed. But top Dems (Inner Party) have figured out, their entire Lawfare strategy against Trump is disastrous, for Dems. They need fast exit. Top Dem (Inner Party) strategy is: blame SCOTUS. Distort & misrepresent what SCOTUS said. "They threw out USA constitution! Trump can order Seal Team 6 to kill you!" hoax By this new hoax, top Dems (Inner Party) whip up ordinary Dems (Outer Party, Two Minutes' Hate) & raise funds..... .....rather than allow ordinary Dems to see how stupid Dem lawfare was, all along. Dems hoax their own base. They need to keep it going. Their anti-Trump lawfare, was all hoaxes. It backfired. They have a substitute hoax - Dems' new anti-SCOTUS hoax. Added benefit, to Dems: if it works - if they win - they will proceed to "pack SCOTUS" ie. judicial coup. SCOTUS & sane judicial reasoning, stood in way of Dem lawfare. @raphjd Also on theme of Go Woke Go Broke...... McKinsey consultants, around 2015 I think, did some study to show DEI boosts profits, like, your company is more profitable with "diverse" executives. It was often cited, to spread DEI. Yesterday I saw something about, how no one ever duplicated that study. People have tried. McKinsey study was a fluke, at best - maybe fake? Irony is: if only McKinsey had meant ideological diversity - prevent groupthink - they might be right? Take, Bud Light getting tranny spokesxer, or Target getting satanist product designers for its Pride line - 2 business disasters. If companies had DEI for conservative viewpoints, they might have avoided such disasters.
