You can not download with your download rights taken. You can only seed or upload.
I wonder if one could repair their ratio even though they have lost their download rights by downloading FREELEECH torrents?
I have download rights taken and just tried and yup, I am able to download FREELEECH torrents, I assume seeding it will help my ratio.
