I'm trying to upload a torrent but it doesn't work, the app says it uploads but it doesn't show up in utorret, only on the website but as a broken torrent, QTM doesn't show up in the list of programs in the Control Panel, any way to fix this?

I'm trying to upload a game and the file is in .rar and the program gave an error, I unzipped the game and there was a problem that .exe files are not allowed, does anyone know how to fix this?
