Coping skills vary from person to person. Talk to a friend, find a hobby play with a pet, talk to your parents/counselor/psychiatrist/etc. For me it was music, listening and creating it while talking to my friends and letting them know i was not in a good place.

Dislike? ANY "Boy-Band"

I started watching with the Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker).  I also saw the Fifth and Sixth Doctors in the original runs. My personal ranking of Doctors:  Ninth, Fifth, Tenth, Fourth, Sixth, and Twelfth.  I disliked Matt Smith intensely. My favorites are all over the place:  my favorite companion was Rory (though I hated Matt Smith) and my favorite episode was Midnight (with Doctor Ten showing why he REALLY needs a companion as a buffer between him and people). I can't put my finger on why is don't like the episodes with Capaldi that much.  He's a good actor and his companion is fascinating.  It might just be that Moffat makes the show creepy in a bad way.

Beyonce, Ariana, Kylie, Gaga. I definitely have a weak spot for Britney. Like another person said, she is definitely more lazy compared to other female pop stars but yet I still root for her.

Five times a week. I'd go more often, but rest days are allegedly just as important for muscle growth as gym days are. The gym helps me find stress relief, which is nice.
