Nakayoshi Wanko (labeled as Buddy Buddy Puppy someplace else) is a good one. It's about a gay guy and his "Straight" fuckbuddy. Pretty hot for yaoi standards.
If you want to read something made by a man, may I suggest hopping over to bara, although it may desensitize you from regular yaoi. Anything by Takeshi Matsu is a great starting point. I wouldn't suggest anything by Gengoroh Tagame (except for maybe Beast of Oe) at your level since his works feature gore, abuse and almost always have a bad ending or end in tragedy (character death).
