@aliingxxx the site is being reworked in the moment, in the new site it will be possible to do just what you want:
you can change the homepage to show up to 50 most popular torrents (current page is capped at 30)
in the search page you can sort by popularity (week/month/year)
The new site will launch later this year but you can try it earlier if you want, just be aware that some things might not work as expected as it's a work in progress.
