No connection could be made because the target machine activly refused it

Ok, so I download the only torrent on the site that I wanted, Yes it had no leechers but it was the ONLY torrent here that I wanted because it's has a hard to find video in it. I've left it seeded for days except for when we lost power and the pc had to reboot. I go to check on it in utorrent and the status bar is red, with the info "

No Connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused It". So what's going on? I'm not trying to download anything, just keep this torrent seeded on my pc.

I've also created a torrent, uploaded it, downloaded my own torrent file to seed, and getting the error "No Connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused It" error message on that as well.

The issue corrected itself. I guess it's a temporary external issue like the others before. ^^

Could I just make a suggestion that people keep an eye on the Home page https://www.gaytor.rent/
There was an announcement there from early this morning (GMT) saying the tracker was down and staff were working on it.
It didn't correct itself, there were no solutions that non-staff members could use. While the server is down NO TORRENTS will seed. Although people can upload torrents to the site they cannot start seeding them via the tracker.
The only thing to do is wait patiently …and read

Where exactly is that announcement? I looked and saw no announcement. Looked again and see no announcement more recent than October.
