This is closest I can get to your pic from them.
I searched using cod piece leather jockstrap and found several sites I have never heard of before. The first link was for Jocks & Codpieces - Backlash Leather hXXp://backlashleather.com/jock2.html
These are the closest I've found but there are other links using that search criteria. These two are not jock straps and have a thong fit instead. Bad news if you are a bottom.
