      I do not  take any supplements at all
      but i use to drink at least two cup of green tea with ginger
      and use to walk daily at least 1km
      i'm looking to know from other ppl what they used to take or what is the best for a better sex life

        If you get cold sores (facial herpes) or genital herpes, then Arginine is a very bad choice as it increases how often and how severe the outbreak is.    Take Lysine instead.  Lysine does most of the same things as Arginine, but it also reduces both the frequency and severity of the outbreaks.

          I use androgel to treat low testosterone.  It seems to work well, my testosterone levels are now normal and I have had no side effects.

            I wonder if my levels are low…not a lot of interest lately. But I did have blood screening a few months back for diabetes and other things and nothing unusual.

                Zinc is supposed to help with that.

                Also, drink plenty of water so you aren't dehydrated.

                  Hey guys,
                  I am very much into herbs and all kinds of natural supplements that support a healthy and enjoyable sex life.
                  I would love to hear from you and your experiences. The good and the bad.
                  Currently I am taking Maca, Saw Palmetto, Zinc, and sometimes Tribulus or DIM.
                  I will post back here with details of my experiences with these and more.
                  As with any supplement you want to check with your Doctor first.
                  But with that being said, I would recommend Maca/Saw Palm/ and Zinc to any male.
                  I've found the Maca increases my libido and endurance. The saw Palmetto definitely helps my prostate and keeps its from being enlarged. I feel the desire to urinate less frequently now. I'm not urinating less, its just the sensation to which happens often especially at night when your prostate is enlarged. I feel that the zinc helps with erections and sperm production etc,
                  I'll be back soon to elaborate. For now I wanted to get a discussion going.

                        I believe and to an extend i have experienced small gains, to get a good to great sex life, you need to be physically fit in everyway, all your organs, from the brain, nervous system, testicles prostate, all fuel your sexual system.

                        Exercise increases blood flood to the penis, good nutrition and the right nutritional supplements and a good diet of protiens, good oils and fats, good carbs etc fuel all organs especially those that drive your sexual appetite.
