i had a positive ratio with about 22 free GB. immediately after they said the maintenance was one, my ratio is now negative 22. what did you do? Nobody is answering any messages.

After maintenance was done, Admin put up a notification saying keep your clients running & do not restart them... not sure what effect this would have had on your ratio...BUT...
