Why is everyone Anonymous in the comments except me?

I set my privacy level to "Strong" so why is my user name still showing in the replies?

@loly123 You're "Anonymous" to everyone else! It's only you who sees your own name.
Couldn't find one with other comments on, but trust me, if there were they;d all show as "Anonymous"... even if one of the other commenters was you.
If you want, post a link to a torrent you've commented on, and I'll post a screenshot.

@Kevin4fm here's the link. I'm pretty sure they can see my username. someone even called me out with the username on a thread which I have trouble finding it.
