@okecovado No-one can reseed it, because no-one has snatched it, and you are not seeding it yourself!

The most likely explanation is that you haven't downloaded the torrent that was created by the site when you created the torrent, but instead are trying to seed it using the torrent you created. Although that depends how you created everything. Did you create the .torrent file using your own client? (i.e. app .... qBittorrent, uTorrent, etc.)
First check you've actually got the torrent in your client, and that it's active. If not, download th torrent again from the Description page. Best to have your client start it manually, not automatically, when you click it. Make sure the torrent is pointing to where the file actually is. Then "force recheck". It should go to 100%. Assuming it does, start the client. You should see it change to "Seeding" in your client, and on the site's Description page the number of seeders will move from "0 (0) to 1 (0). It will then be visible for others to download.
If I've not been clear enough, feel free to post a reply here or send me a direct message. It will help to know what cl;ient (app) you're using for torrenting.

Actually, I've just realised.... the 1 beside the orange down arrow suggests you do have the torrent, and are trying to grab it. Perhaps you simply don't have the torrent pointing towards where the file actually is?
I've also just realised that this torrent is 24 hrs old (unless I'm getting confused by time differences). This means that even if you do get it working, it will appear quite a way down the list of torrents, at least for those sorting in "Newest First" order, which I suspect is most peoples' initial view.
You may be better off starting from scratch, so your torrent is fresh. It's a bit more work, but at least you're more likely to get people snatching it.

Actually, doesn't that just mean that there is one leecher attempting to download, which could be the uploader or a separate downloader? If @okecovado has opened up his local copy of the torrent file then he wouldn't show in the page stats, so I'm leaning towards your first diagnosis that he hasn't grabbed to modified torrent file from the site.
-
@frostycab It could be a separate uploader, but that's extremely unlikely. Someone would have had to be viewing dead torrents as well as active ones to spot it. They would then need to have decided to try to download it even though it wasn't seeded. They would also have to have tried for quite a long time, seeing as the upload was twenty-four hours ago, though admittedly they could have stumbled ontot it just a few seconds before I took the screenshot. And could I point out that I did say "suggests" because, yes, there is a very slim possibility that the leecher is not him.
Also, don't understand what you mean "wouldn't show in the page stats". If he is using the correct .torrent file, but hasn't pointed it to where the actual files are on his computer, he would show as someone waiting to leech.

I meant that if he used his local torrent file rather than the one from the site then he wouldn't appear as a seeder or leecher on the listing numbers. At least I don't think so.
-
@frostycab I think you're right that his attempt to download wouldn't show as a leecher if he's using the incorrect .torrent.
That's an easy test though. Simply pause the torrent in the client, wait a little bit, then refresh the Gaytor page. If the number drops from 1 to 0, it's almost certainly the same torrent. The chances of someone else having decided at exactly the same moment to give up trying to leech is tiny. Even this can be checked, simply by starting the torrent in the client again. If the number of leechers goes back to one, it's almost certainly so.
Given how unlikely it is that a third person is trying to leech, it seems far more likely that the correct .torrent is being used, and simply the download location not being the same as where the file actually is. [Going into some detail 'cos I'm off to bed, so won't be around to answer questions or help @okecovado for a few hours!]
