where is the six-digit code ?

@zwinna Which app did you opt to authenticate with? I've used the Google Authenticator app on my phone, and when I open it then gaytor.rent just appears in my list oof codes.

Have you try resetting your password not email and exclude or ignore passkey authentication ...

I'm having the same issue, I scanned the verification when I first authorized the app, but I cancelled the app cause it wasn't affordable at the time and thought I would get around to it before I got logged out. Whoops. I downloaded a new AA but they want the qr code and I don't know where that is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when u guys made 2FA u guys saved the file of passcode to somewhere right?

@jokuihmemies I saved some key codes but none of them are 6 digits. They look more like a windows code. 4 sets of 5 letters. Granted this was the first time Ive ever used the AA app.

@frostycab I put in my username, my password and then its asks for the 6 digit code. None of the codes I saved are 6 digits.

@Skywalker007 dont input 6-digit code but click "Lost your phone? Use a recovery code" and then enter ur recovery code

We don’t recognise this device, so we need your code. Open your authenticator app and type the 6-digit number it’s showing now.
