Dem Billionaire-Donor Tom Steyer, thinks it is his turn to be CA Governor. Rulers' Club prob agreed on Steyer (yet another form of election rigging). We saw, Swalwell ignored that memo. Oops.

Call this guilt by association, but chance that Gallego didn't understand Swalwell is vanishingly small.
Trump in the early 2000s rebuked & banned Epstein, then called the cops on him. Gallego did none of that on Swalwell, not even after Fang Fang.

For those curious about such things:
- It should come as no surprise that both Dem Swalwell & GOP Gonzales resigned within minuted of each other.... BOTH had lost the confidence of their party leadership, and in being "one from each", the solution was convenient for both parties.
That is: getting rid of both at the same time didn't affect the very delicate balance of power in the chamber.
Coincidence? Unlikely.
Orchestrated by leadership? Probably, but un-provableBut, to my mind: don't look a gift-horse in the mouth! Both assholes are OUT of Congress!

Former Democratic congressman Eric Swalwell was accused by multiple women of sending sexual messages, including “videos of him masturbating,” after becoming one of the first members of Congress to join Snapchat in an effort to restore “faith” in “democracy.”
he became “one of the first lawmakers to join Snapchat” and was heralded in the media as “the Snapchat king of Congress,” according to CNN.

One young woman claimed Swalwell would send her Snapchat messages about her future, before asking inappropriate questions such as, “What are you wearing?”
Two other women told CNN that Swalwell sent them “sexually explicit messages and unsolicited nude photos and videos of himself” in 2021, while a third woman also claimed to have received “sexually tinged messages and videos.”
One former congressional staffer allegedly developed a consensual sexual relationship with Swalwell after he began flirting with her on Snapchat in 2021.
During the relationship, Swalwell reportedly sent “nude photos of himself and videos of him masturbating,” which showed the congressman’s “face and naked body.”
The videos, which were saved by the woman, were shown to CNN.

The information was revealed in a memo that was released by the Trump administration on Monday.
The files stem from an investigation that opened in 2014 surrounding allegations that Swalwell would award internships in his office exchange for campaign contributions.
Suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang was alleged at the center of the scheme, acting as a facilitator for the internships.
The memo also details the relationship between Swalwell and Fang,.."Swalwell had a drink with Fang a couple weeks after they first met in 2012. He had physical relations with Fang on a handful of occasions, but never dated her or had a romantic relationship. March 2015 was the last time Swalwell had physical relations with Fang. Swalwell considered their physical relations to be casual, but believed that Fang was interested in closer, romantic relationship."
“One night FANG came over late in the evening and started banging on SWALWELL’s door,” the documents state. “SWALWELL let her in and she and SWALWELL hooked up. FANG left after a couple hours.”

The FBI identified Fang as a source of illegal donations to Swalwell's campaign....
FBI found evidence that Fang “used conduits to conceal herself as a prohibited Foreign National source" for the illicit campaign contributions "at least twice in 2013 and at least two more times in 2014.”
FBI agents found that the donations in 2013 “trace to Fang herself" [ed: that means CCP money]
