The Upvote-icon / Reputation-icon should be changed to a thumbs up.
I think a lot of users do not know what the arrow means,
it looks like a scroll to top icon or something else...
there are so many good threads/ answers that show 0 appreciation, I think it is because people don't know what the icon is...

my opinion is what we need is thumbs up, down, laugh, hot, love and wow emoticons like LPSG or facebook etc.
