@ianfontinell-0 I'm using BitTorrent. Could it be the problem? I reinstalled it, but nothing was fixed. I tried downloading from other places and everything was fine. Should I try other apps?

@vladfail Actually, this could be the problem if you are running the latest version, as it has known compatibility issues with our systems.
I would be inclined to try using uTorrent, which is essentially the same thing, as long as you're not using the latest version 3.6.0. We recommend version 2.2.1 for a few reasons, which you can find on my private server here:

@vladfail the only way of knowing what's happening is checking the tracker message, the problem can be the client or could be your network. most android clients simply ignore tracker message and only show "ok" or "error" which is not useful.
this app is the only one i could find that shows the tracker message: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hu.tagsoft.ttorrent.lite
try to download using it, if it doesn't work check the tracker tab to see if it is working. if it is working, it will just say "ok" and if it's not working you will see a red text below the tracker URL.

@vladfail I just noticed now that you're using Android... This would indeed be your issue. For Android users, we recommend using Vuze

I downloaded the app and finally managed to check the tracker. At the bottom, it shows a very long, red text that ends with "Network is unreachable '''' (4)
What do I do?

cause is still unknown, could be a problem with your internet provider or dns related. you can try using a VPN or a different network. for example, if you're using your home wifi try using mobile data, or a public wifi,
you can also go to the android settings and search for private dns, and set the hostname to "dns.adguard.com" to see if it helps.

I tried the dns.adguard.com method and it worked for one torrent only. When I tried to download another, the problem is back. I use VPN to get into this site, but turn it off after I'm done so my downloads finish faster. However, nothing is working out for me right now at all. Even if I choose different VPNs or different locations, it doesn't download. It can't be me because this site is the only one that doesn't let me download torrents anymore. Everything was fine before until now

@vladfail Network Unreachable usually means there's a routing issue between the network you are using and our end. Generally, this can only be solved by routing around the issue by using a VPN.

How come VPN also doesn't work? I'm using SuperVPN. I tried to use another, but it's all the same. Is this something that will be fixed by the website?

@vladfail There may be something with your Android security settings that is creating the block. Have you tried using Vuze for Android?

i'm having a similar problem right now. Last saturday everything worked well. Torrents were downloading in normal speed and now they take FOREVER to start. If they do, they do in 200 or 100 kb/s. Super slow. I don't have this problem with torrents from other pages. Anyone knows why is that happening?

@raphjd ok but what about for mobile users? I've been running into a lot of problems using different apps as I've been trying to upload to fix my ratio, and my problem is the torrents I've already downloaded using Utorrent arent working on other torrent apps.
It basically wants to just download them over again even though I matched the file directories properly. The entire reason I switched was because of this issue of not being able to seed anything, I had downloaded a freeleech torrent as well and have been unable to seed it, I have videos that arent on this site at all that I would like to share with others too but again, I need to be able to seed the files. I looked up vuze like you said and have been unable to find it anywhere, I can't use 2.2.1 bitorrent or utorrent on my mobile device, i may be able to upload using my PC but then I run the risk of my ISP busting me for file sharing, I cannot afford a VPN right now either.
At the end of the day, I just want to download the videos I used to have on an device becuase those videos are pay walled now for an obscene price and they dont have the complete catalogue anymore, it was stuff from the late 90s and early 2000s that are thankfully still on this website. I'd like to secure owning them before they become lost media, this is all petty and may seem stupid to some but it has been causing me a lot of stress knowing that media can become missing and unobtainable at some point in time.

@raphjd i don't know if that is the problem. I tried with utorrent, qbitorrent, bittorrent... the same thing in all of them.

And now mine stopped working no torrents are downloading which is weird cos they were a few hours ago now nothing not even freeleech

Also I've noticed that some torrents have just disappeared part way thru downloading on the site then appearing briefly before disappearing again

@Kandor It looks like you're in a low ratio state. When this happens, the system will only allow you to download two torrents at a time. It looks like you already have 2 active leeching torrents. This is likely your issue.
