This torrent is only about a day old, so it can't be put on freeleech. A torrent must be at least 7 days old before the system will allow a freeleech to be applied.

D'oh! I saw a comment on it asking for reseed and didn't even look at when it was uploaded. I should have been suspicious of how many leechers there are. Will keep this in mind going forward.
