Is this new, or has it been going on since before the updates?
I looked at your settings, and they are the same as mine, minus my admin settings.
As staff, I don't block anyone.
Tomorrow I'll look at the backend settings of the forums to see what I can find, if anything.
If can't find anything, I'll have to have @Joker have a look.

@raphjd rectifying, i get the notification when i am mentioned explicitly, but when someone quote a message i don't get any notification, i don't know if it started after the forum update because i only noticed it just now
