i downloaded 1 file of 1 giga on a file which was more than 100 gigas. it blocks me, because i did not download the integrality of this file. why do you authorize to choose the files, if we are blocked for life with this file?

Normally you don't get blocked because of not downloading the full torrent. You do get blocked however if you don't seed (upload) enough. If your ratio is too low you get blocked. You can find more about this in the rules section

partial torrents count as still downloading. Are you exceeding the limit on downloads?
