Can I post a thumbnail only torrent?

Hi, There is a 50GB+ video torrent that has no thmbnails.
A user noticed I commented that I had made thumbnails for all this videos in order to answer some questions posted.He asked me if I could post the thumbnails to help select the videos to download.
So my question is - can I create a torent that consists only the the thumbnail sheets for this other large video torrent? And if it is allowed can I post in the same category as the torrent they are referring to?

@mcondor ... Sure ... and add the original torrent [URL] source ...
However be-aware that sometimes torrent is not 100% safe due to take down issues and other circumstances ... -
@mcondor you can, but you must not select the same categories as the original torrent, instead you must select ONLY the "images" category.
add a link referencing to the original torrent in the description.
this is optional: name your torrent as "Thumbnails for (name of the original torrent)" -
Thanks for the info, I did originally post to the original category and then I was able to change it to to the image category.
