@cp2000 You can edit or delete them by clicking the 3 dots at the bottom right, but I believe only for a short time after posting.

I think you can edit your posts if you're quick, but after a short period of time they become uneditable. (Is that a word?) In a way it's a good thing as it stops people going back and changing the context of a post after loads of replies respond to the initial version.

...and apparently not in this subforum.

Was about to edit to add in: welcome to the world of the talking!

I think there's some software "feature" at work--I find that I can't edit some posts from a few days ago, and yet can edit some that are several weeks old. There might be a subroutine that looks at the number of subsequent replies, or perhaps it's just a sinister software monster. I do think it's handy to edit a very recent post, as all of us can make typing mistakes, but older ones should indeed remain fixed, lest we start getting revisionist history in a thread.

(And if "uneditable" isn't a word, it should be. 😁

If you plan to stay then my advice would be "Don't." Requests for content have been banned across the whole site for quite a long time now. You risk the wrath of the powers that be if you take the risk.

If I may be so bold, it would be a good idea to review the rules ever so often, and actually read them in such a way that you are confident you understand them, which many members seem to not bother doing. This particular rule is found in the "General Rules" section and reads "Requests for uploads are strictly prohibited. This includes the torrent descriptions, comments, forum and shoudbox" (Typos and all! LOL)

Requests are not permitted in the forum. I suspect part of the reason is that the forum is not behind a password wall, and thus its visible to any internet user...including a copyright holder. The site seems to very effectively walk a razor-thin line between getting beat up by copyright holders while still offering a large quantity of diverse content.

A discrete alternative to a public request would be that if you see a forum post showing pictures from xyzxxxstudios.com (and that's a fake name), you could PM the poster and ask them if they have any other material from that studio, and could they post it.
