Pennsylvania Supreme Court restores date requirement for mail ballots, voiding lower-court ruling

In a 4-3 ruling, the PA Supreme Court has ruled that mail-in ballots must follow state law or be thrown out.
The Appeals Court ruled that state laws mean nothing when voting by mail.

As to election theft: I don't expect new peeps to cast illegal ballots themselves.
But Dem ballot harvesters will get ballots printed & mailed for new peeps "by mistake"
& harvest those illegal ballots.PA court ruling may be ignored.
Or - PA court ruling may mean, Dem cheaters have to date ballots properly in advance......... Can't wait to see how many they need.
