The Appeals Court ruled that state laws mean nothing when voting by mail.

As to election theft: I don't expect new peeps to cast illegal ballots themselves.

But Dem ballot harvesters will get ballots printed & mailed for new peeps "by mistake" 🙄 & harvest those illegal ballots.

PA court ruling may be ignored.

Or - PA court ruling may mean, Dem cheaters have to date ballots properly in advance......... Can't wait to see how many they need.
