Is the site down?

Seems that on July 31st, the servers have been offline for at least 3 hours (now four hours). I am not an expert on this, but I thought that if the servers were offline, the site itself would be offline also? Everybody uploading torrents is getting kicked in the balls because the trackers are rejecting the new torrents. This capture is of the last torrent that was successfully uploaded.

@lololulu19 Dunno, except few hours ago on Forums, I got more SQL error than usual.
