Why do people use INSTAGRAM?

If someone already uses Facebook, why use an instagram account?
As far as I can see, Facebook does everything that instagram does, only better. -
Most "models" don't seem to use FB. They seem to use IG, which is why I use both. I don't post on IG. I'm just there for the pics.

@raphjd That could be a reason... it is very difficult to REPLY on Instagram or post on someone's account. It is pretty much all one-way from the account holder.
I have noticed that people tend to post a lot of random garbage on instagram - which I hate.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
