How do you add a torrent when antivirus blocks the downloads?

My anti virus progam will not let me download Utorrent or bit torrent and I am using Tixati which will not start when I add a torrent to the site any ideas?

@duke4172 if suspicious file/program/exec. are found most anti-virus block them or a prompt notification warning ...
