Update: "this is a developing story", left-wing local rabbi questions accounts of this.

......tho, to my ears, sounds like he makes excuses?

Sheriff rules death of elderly Jewish man in Los Angeles is a homicide, pro-Palestinian agitator considered person of interest

The Medical Examiner "determined the cause of death to be blunt force head injury and the manner of death homicide."

            https://thepostmillennial.com/sheriff-has-not-ruled-out-hate-crime-in-homicide-of-elderly-jewish-man-assaulted-by-pro-palestinian-protester-in-los-angeles

Still some story conflict over whether he "fell" or was struck forcefully - but then why rule homicide?

According to some people on X (formerly Twitter), the pro-Palestinian agitator has been arrested.

As to attack on Black Hebrew Israelites: she's Ruba Almaghtheh - one guess, Religion of Peace - and yes thought she attacked Jews; school's Star of David offended her.

It's being reported that the murderer is Professor Loay Alnaji at Moorpark College.

It reminds me of the "bikelock professor Eric Canton" from about a decade ago who used his bikelock to bash at least 11 people over the head, nearly killing one but only got an extremely tiny slap on the wrist.

@raphjd As much as society and modern laws would disagree with me, I feel the appropriate solution to that is to beat him over the head with a bike lock until he's within an inch of his life. I mean, fair is fair, right?

He inflicted major harm, but, was lib - got probation. "Lib Privilege"

Sheesh, it seems like it was much longer ago than 6 years ago.

And CNN, example of "true journalism" per libs, gets it wrong:

Remember, @jaroonn called CNN "true journalism".

It is what liberal mean by "true journalism".
