Something about the guy on the left doesn't look right.
It could be a filter of some sort though.

@raphjd There's something odd about his left thigh and his right arm. (Do we call this "differently appendaged.") If one crops the photo about half way down, it looks a lot better.

I don't think these are works of art from scratch. I think they take the heads, and stick them onto torsos, and modify the hair and clothes and jewelry.
Often they take the heads of TV and movie stars and stick them onto the bodies of porn stars.
This has been done a lot with people such as Tom Hollard, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, and many others. -
