Foreign Aid - why?

Foreign Aid is supposed to help poor countries, but western countries are giving FA to countries with nuclear and space programs.

@raphjd Trump cut USA foreign aid, or tried to - Another thing that made Uniparty / Establishment hate him.
That & saying no to new wars, instead do ops against drug traffickers & child traffickers... Trump hit at all the Uniparty's key rackets.
So yes "foreign aid" a racket... hundred of billion$$ per year.... going largely to fake-work jobs & grants, black ops, bribery & kick backs, etc.
USA throws over $100 billion at Ukraine and much of that is unaccounted-for. Some went to FTX (crashed crypto company) and from there, as kickbacks - sorry "donations" - to Ukraine oligarchs & USA Uniparty figures, I believe Lindsey Graham and "Establishment GOP" along with many many Democrats.

@raphjd Sadly, Canada isn't much better. Our dictator of this land many of us now call Chinada is insane with his hand outs. While much of Canada is on fire, Trudeau was more concerned with giving hundreds of millions of dollars to the Ukraine to support war efforts, while simultaneously claiming that we do not have the resources to combat the wild fires.
Seems to me that much of these places are backwards in that we give money to foreign countries at the taxpayer expense, while simultaneously ignoring the needs of our own people. I see this kind of thing in much of the Western world.
