Rss feed issues again

I seem to be having RSS feed loading issues again, when i look at the the raw feed it seems to be truncating the download url so when i try to load in rutorrent etc it fails.

RSS hasn't worked since like... late last year or early this year.
Unfortunate since I relied on it a lot to automatically grab my favorites
Feed is giving the html page instead of the .torrent download link.
