I do love how liberals intentionally ignore a lot of history.

Sen Byrd remained a Democrat. He was besties with Biden and Hillary said that he (along with Margaret Sanger) was her hero.

Biden's 1994 crime bill and the way they talked about black people, shows how much they loved black people. Let's not forget home much they love gay people.

Democrats talked a good talk but they never did anything good for the groups they claimed to love.

The welfare system they created forced the fathers out of the home.

They, not the Repubs, made laws against the LGBTs.

@raphjd These are all anecdotal anomalies. All you have to do is to look at what these parties were then and what they are now. I don't believe every Republican is a racist homophobe, but if you are a racist homophobe, you are probably a Republican.

If you are a racist homophobe, you were most likely a Democrat in the 1990s.

Clinton-era anti-LGBT and the 1994 crime laws are not "anecdotal anomalies".

Starting in 1971, the DNC promised to give us ENDA (whatever it's original name was) and they never ever delivered. The only thing they did was stab us in the back.

Liberal Colorado gave us Prop 2.

How some Republicans viewed the 1994 Crime Bill back then. They thought it was too lenient and not strong enough:

            Youtube Video

So what is it that Raphjd is arguing here, that the 1994 crime bill was too harsh on black families? Is that because "conventional wisdom" and the "mainstream media" tells us that it was too harsh on black families? I would be surprised then, that Raphjd would be supporting what "mainstream media" tells him about the crime bills effects. Cuz he knows back in 1994 he would have been against it as being too lenient .

Tell me again what Hillary, Biden, and countless Dems said about black people and the need for the law.

Uncivilized, unsocialized, predators, super predators, and many, many others.

              Yeah, Dems aren't racists.

Biden, as Kamala reminded us, called integrated schools "racial jungles" and didn't want his kids going to them.

That's what the GOP said why the law was not strict enough and too lenient, and shouldn't be supported. Back then you would have been against it too, as too lenient.

Now you're implying it was too harsh, because that's what 'conventional wisdom' and the mainstream media is telling you about that law.

@raphjd That's what you're implying here, that the "Biden crime bill" was too harsh on black families (a mainstream media talking point).

So why are you spouting mainstream media ideas like that? Is it because you think that makes Biden look bad? So I see you tout mainstream media ideas only when they service your interests.

Why aren't you more honest in saying that back then, you would have been with your GOP cronies in the above video in opposing the crime bill as being too lenient. Deep down inside you know that's the truth.

As always, you are intentionally ignoring the words of your beloved Democrats.

You clowns keep telling us that conservatives hate minorities, while intentionally and blatantly ignoring the words of liberals.

I haven't given my opinion on the Biden crime bill. However, you fellow liberals have screeched about it being racist, while sucking Biden's cock and eating Hillary's pussy. Then, of course, there's what your beloved liberals said about black people to justify the bill.

Biden has a long and well-recorded history of being a racist, by his own words, but you leftist twats still suck his cock at every turn.

Schumer, while still a state-level politician, was a fanatical red-liner. Schumer gave us the Religious Freedom restoration Act that gave believers the right to discriminate against ONLY the LGBT community. Yet, I know you will suck his cock while telling us how much he loves us.

Hillary was anti-marriage equality, conveniently enough, until she ran for President in 2016.

I do love how you people keep trying to rewrite history.

Also, the DNC supported closed borders until at least 2014, but it seems like the switch actually happened in the autumn of 2015. Of course, we've seen you people try to rewrite history while forgetting that congressional votes and speeches are well recorded.

@raphjd Also remember: Trump is FIRST USA Pres to win being in favor of gay marriage.

In 2008 & 12, both times Obama said marriage is between a man & a woman.

Barry Soetoro changed his stance very late, only 2015 after SCOTUS changed. You could say Barry led from behind. (cough)

In 2016, GOP still opposed but Trump told them sorry but I support, deal with it. Hillary also supported, so world woulda had that "first" anyway. But ya it was finally Trump.

Schumer gave us the Religious Freedom restoration Act that gave believers the right to discriminate against ONLY the LGBT community.

                      Jaw dropping.

Trump was the first President to win after waving the Pride flag while campaigning.

Hillary was completely against marriage equality until she found out she was running against Trump. Then she made the switch to being pro-marriage equality.

@raphjd This does not surprise me... Many politicians will say whatever they think they need to say in order to get into power, and then quite often, do not deliver on their promises. It's kind of sad, really.

Republicans in 1994: "Biden is bad because he supports passing a crime bill in 1994 that will let criminals out of prison."

Republicans in 2023: "Biden is bad because he supported a crime bill in 1994 that put criminals in prison."

Look at that there.... those clever Republicans, they switched their line of attack! ....so much so that it appears as if Biden is damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't.

I mean really, the idea that Republicans would think that Biden is bad because he passed a crime bill is utterly ridiculous. Why would Republicans even care about criminals going to prison? (Bring let out, that they would hate)

I never said anything about how bad the law was. I pointed out how bad you liberals said the law is and how racist Democrats were in promoting the law.

If you refuse to be honest, you might need a vacation.

You prove everything I say about liberals is true.

@raphjd You are right. Thirty years ago the Democrats were getting in wrong. The Republicans were worse. The difference is the Democrats have progressed while the Republicans have regressed. You can't ignore the reality....just look what's going on, mate.

                                  The Democrats have not changed.

You may not call blacks the N-word, but you (generic) still think of them as uncivilized, unsocialized, uneducated, unwashed, unclean, jungle animals and all the other things you guys said about them.

The only difference is now you let them get away switch everything because you are guilty of the racism of low expectations.

Black people can't do anything wrong is the liberal dogma.

Kidnap a mentally disabled 19yo white dude and torture him for nearly 36 hours white shouting racist shit at him, ain't a hate crime because 6 blacks did it. If the races were reversed, liberals would be out for blood and they'd attack every white person they saw because all whites are guilty.

It's ok to fake a hate crime, as we keep seeing. Hell, it makes a lot of money and destroys white lives, both of which liberals love.

It's ok to call black people racist names if they dare not pick the DNC cotton.

It's ok to gaslight us the Antifa doesn't exist, because you think we'll eventually believe us.

NO, the DNC hasn't changed, not really. It's only new coat of paint, but it's still the same old shitty rustbucket underneath.

                                    @jaroonn Dems have not "progressed".

Since USA founding Dems been party of racists - and still are.

Party of idiots with "race on the brain".

Dems went from thinking "Let's enslave blacks with chains & whips, & profit off them," to "Let's enslave blacks with pandering & lies, & profit off them."

OK I guess that is better, a little progress. But Dems were forced by the rest of the world.

Lincoln, Civil War, GOP Abolitionists, earlier Britain abolishing slavery - Dems had to be forced.

Later MLK spoke out for a color-blind society - and now, in 2023, Dems say no no, reject it, that was only White Supremacy sneaking into MLK.

Party for racist morons. Always been, always will be.

USA Pres Lyndon Johnson, the Dem who pandered & lied & got blacks to switch parties, was one of the ugliest biggest N-word users.

@blablarg18 Your grasp of history is indicative of why many Americans are considered ignoramuses. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing; especially in the hands of someone with zero critical thinking skills.
