So I've received a re-seed request
and I re-seeded the torrent successfully (I guess)
So, now what? Why does it matter if the person that send the request is a power user or not? I tried to read on the FAQ site but there is nothing and the step-by-step guide on the message is dead. Can someone explain me how does this work? Thank you

Wait until the person show-up from the distribution ...
If the presence is not available for a period of time, simply ignore and stop the torrent ...

It's me again, so right now I am seeding the torrent that I reseeded and made Freelech... uTorrent Web is telling me everything is going great, however on the site the rationator has not been updated... is the traffic beign taken into consideration? How long does it take for it to be updated on the rationator?

1 GB upload share/1.5 Gb[partial seeding] share = [plus] 1 [only]
1 GB download = [minus] 5 or more depends on torrent you are leeching ...in order to build your buffer refrain from downloading while seeding ...
- Your ratio relies on how much GB you are sharing ...
