Older/Mature gay couples or storylines on tv?
-
anyone got any shows exploring gay couples that are not just students/young adults? recently rewatched grace and frankie and got me thinking on how important it is to see older people (both gay and not gay) living, laughing and loving; to give us hope for the future

@kirbyshiny Probably not what you're after, but have you seen Vicious? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2582590/

@frostycab actually seems nice! into the watch list it goes

@kirbyshiny You've probably heard, but episode 3 of The Last of Us threats about that, it's a quite a wholesome episode considering. Not a whole show, but still.

Yep, the last of us episode 3 is a good example of a very well written and executed older men love story.
Another great one, I think is the various relationships Pray Tell go through in Pose. Particularly with Ricky and Costas.
Pray tell is a very good character, his struggle with being unable to become romantically invested in his boyfriends, as every one has become a victim of the virus is pretty rough.
It is not a big part of the show tho.
Aaron from Walking dead has a thing with his boyfriend for a while, It is ok, but nothing amazing.
I also think Lito and Hernando in Sense8 is pretty good, but they are more like 30s something.

Not in TV but in films
