Joey Mills and Cameron Parks have done many videos together. HOWEVER... I am not convinced that this is Cameron Parks nor Joey Mills.
There needs to be a thorough investigation. I appoint Pupkinvasya to be the special counsel.
BREAKING NEWS!
Upon further investigation, it seems that the sideburns are the same as those of both Joey Mills and Johnny Rapid, and since Mills and Parks did many videos together, that makes it more plausible that the other guy is Cameron Parks. We need to convene a grand jury.

I'm not a big fan of scenes done inside a car - because they are in such a confined space. Some people probably LOVE car scenes BECAUSE they are in such a confined space.
