There is some sort of error.

I see that you have an account on the torrent side but for some reason, when I click on your name, goes to a page that says you don't have an account.

You will need to contact the helpdesk for this.

For new members account:
you must check your e-mail spam folder and confirm to activate your account that you use when you sign up ...

I'm having the same problem. It looks like you've been waiting more than a month without a resolution. That's doesn't give me a lot of hope that we are going to get any help.
