View only incomplete previously downloaded torrents

I've gathered that a dark green highlight means the torrent has been downloaded and my client has successfully completed that download. And that a light green highlight means I've downloaded the torrent but my client has not completed downloading it yet.
Is there a way to view only the light green / incomplete torrents?

Incomplete torrent are difficult to find when it is uploaded long ago or dead ...
The only possible way is to add them to your wishlist and you can remove them after ...
